Vinay Katiyar

Go-to-market that runs
without you.

Twelve years of outbound, SEO and growth, almost all of it running on effort. I am rebuilding it to run on systems instead.

The problem

Your pipeline works because someone makes it work.

Take that person out for two weeks and it degrades, and nobody can say exactly which part broke. Not the copy, not the list, not the tooling – something in the judgement that sat between them.

That is not a people problem. It is that none of it was ever written down:

  • the targeting logic
  • the qualification rules
  • the reason the last campaign actually failed

It lives in one head, so it cannot be checked, improved, handed over or automated.

What I do

I build the machinery that puts qualified pipeline in front of a sales team.

OutboundInfrastructure, not subject lines

Sending infrastructure, deliverability, domain and inbox architecture, list building, sequencing. I ran a cold-email business for two years booking meetings for other agencies.

“His inputs were phenomenal in helping me strategize outreach for one of my ventures.”

GTM

Pipeline systemsList to booked call

Sourcing, enrichment, scoring, qualification, into the CRM and measured. I ran it with people doing the research. I am rebuilding it now on Clay and HubSpot, with AI doing that part.

OrganicContent at a scale that breaks things

500+ content sites, and hundreds of AdSense sites before them. Whitelabel SEO for other agencies. Twelve years of watching which parts survive an algorithm change, and one industry that does not exist any more.

Growth, wholeOne person, every channel

Positioning, ICP, channel strategy, paid, and the numbers underneath them. Today that is every channel at once, for one company, on my own.

“I needed help with GTM strategy for B2B SaaS. He spoke about prioritisation and exactly helped me prioritise revenue generating activities.”

Where this is going

AI did not make go-to-market faster. It made half of it worthless.

What got cheap

Account research, enrichment, working out whether a company is worth approaching, drafting a first line that sounds like it was written for them – that was most of the work, and most of the headcount. It now costs close to nothing. Everyone has it. Which means it stopped being an advantage the moment it became available.

What got scarce

What got scarce instead is the judgement above it. Which accounts are worth touching at all. What the offer should be. Why the last campaign actually failed, when the copy was fine and the list was fine and it still did not land. No tool answers those, and the people who can are worth more than they were two years ago, not less.

You cannot hand a process to a machine while it only exists in your head.

Teams are buying tools to automate processes they have never once described. That is why the tools disappoint them.

I have watched three channels stop paying for effort: AdSense arbitrage, cheap social reach, and cold email the moment it turned from a copywriting problem into an infrastructure problem. This one is the same shape, moving faster. The work that paid for being done by hand becomes a system – and this time the system is willing to do it for you, if you can describe it.

So I describe it

Every piece of this gets written down as a playbook someone else could run: numbered steps, run against a real company, then published with the failure modes left in. A playbook nobody has broken yet has not been tested.

One every other week. The working file comes with it.

The twelve years behind it

Now
Founder's Office, growth, at an AI-first agency – running marketing and sales for a B2B client. One person, every channel.
2023–2024
Head of Growth at a SaaS hosting company.
2020–2022
Ran an SEO and content agency, including whitelabel delivery for other agencies. Then a cold outbound and appointment-setting arm selling to B2B.
2016–2018
Co-founded an online community that reached 38,600 members, running free webinars. One talk crossed 10,000 views in weeks. Scaled multiple Facebook pages past 500,000 likes in three to four months.
2014–2017
Built and monetised hundreds of niche sites at the peak of SEO and AdSense. Cashed out before the cycle turned – the industry did not.

An hour of this

I take a couple of consultations a week. Not a practice – I have a full-time job – but if you are stuck on something specific I have probably seen a version of it.

Worth booking for

  • Outbound that used to work and stopped, and nobody can tell you why
  • A channel that paid for years and has quietly stopped paying
  • Deciding what to build, what to buy, and what to leave alone
  • An AI workflow you cannot get past the demo stage
60 minutes $200

One call, recorded, plus my notes afterwards. If I cannot help inside the hour I will say so in the first ten minutes and you pay nothing.

Outbound audit $750

The call, plus a written teardown of your sending setup within 48 hours – domains, authentication, volume, thresholds, and what to fix first.

“An hour with Vinay gave me so much clarity on my entire outreach process & revenue generation that could have taken me months otherwise. From building processes to revenue generation and much more – he’ll get you clarity on almost everything.”

Pratibha Tiwari
Performance marketing for D2C brands

“60 mins with him and it blowed my mind. The way he breaks down the process of business and how to scale it is just spectacular. He just casually layed out a plan to 10x my revenue which was ready to be taken action on.”

Book it

Pick a slot and write two or three lines on what is stuck. The more specific that is, the less of the hour goes on background.

Slots show in your own timezone. Payment on confirmation, before the call.
